Description of Service
Rounify is a voice-first route planning application that allows users to:
- Plan multi-stop routes through voice commands
- Discover and search for places
- Optimize route order for efficiency
- Export routes to third-party navigation apps
User Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for any activities under your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service while driving or in any way that could endanger yourself or others
- Use the Service for any illegal purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code from the Service
Safety Disclaimer
Important: Rounify is designed to be used before you start driving, not while operating a vehicle. Always follow local traffic laws and regulations. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or violations resulting from use of our Service.
Third-Party Services
Our Service integrates with third-party services including Google Maps and Apple Maps. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
Payment Terms
Certain features of the Service may require payment. By using paid features, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Rounify and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rounify and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
